European Solidarity Corps Online Training: 4 New Courses

The European Youth Portal has just released 4 new courses to attend under the Online General Training on the European Solidarity Corps.

The Online General Training on the European Solidarity Corps is open to anyone already registered to the Youth Portal. It is a free resources tool, a training dashboard to learn more about ESC and how it works, and to get prepared over a European volunteering experience. It provides participants with training courses and modules for their learning needs.

European Solidarity Corps Online Training

If you are already a European Solidarity Corps volunteer, thus already register to the Youth Portal, or if you are willing to become one, the Training Platform is something you surely want to check out.

Indeed, it is the best way to prepare yourself for your European Solidarity Corps activity.

The platform is only accessible to European Solidarity Corps registrants via their Corps profile. If you are not registered yet

Once you have created and logged in to your profile, you can access the platform by clicking on the ribbon “Online Training”.

4 New Courses

Over the general training on the European Solidarity Corps, there are now available the following 4 new courses:

  1. Become an active European citizen: Acting and deciding. Take part in this advanced course and learn about what the European institutions do for young people, as well as how you can actively take part.
  2. Your solidarity project: Making an impact. Are you a project lover? Then join this course to learn about how to bring one of your ideas to life and make a positive change in your community by creating a solidarity project.
  3. Insights into mental health: Self-discovery. Take part in this contemplative course and learn more about the importance of improving, monitoring, and maintaining your mental health during your experience with the Corps.
  4. What really happens upon return: Returning home after a volunteering experience can sometimes be difficult emotionally. Join us to look back at the experience of returning volunteers and learn how to use their insights to make plans for the future.

If you feel in need of more resources, check out the Library Section, which is where to find additional learning resources, such as the guidebook to the General Online Training, which includes plenty of activities.
