Mantain and upgrade: Activities in this domain can be eco-building, gardening, digging, woodwork, maintaining the existing structures and general infrastructure improvements, including enhancing the sustainability practices of the place.
Hosting groups and activities: Between March and November, multiple Erasmus+ groups and volunteer teams will be joining us at Hopeland to co-create diverse learning experiences. The focus of this domain is to support the hosting of these groups according to your skills. It can be setting up the space, supporting the kitchen team, organising and delivering workshops or activities, supporting in guiding volunteers in task-related activities.
Outreaching to local community: The purpose of this domain is to reach out, engage with the local community and collaborate with nearby initiatives. We will plan these activities based on current needs and may include cleaning the area, supporting local farmers, visiting local businesses, or working with other eco-projects.
Leave your own mark: During your stay, you can create the chance to work on a specific project in a smaller group or individually. Imagine choosing something that aligns with Hopeland’s needs, focusing on an area like building, gardening, art, or landscaping. This is your chance to deeply explore a theme that excites and motivates you!
