Description
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed person motivated to work in a human-sized and international non-profit making association in the field of youth. Our new colleague will support the overall management of the ERYICA Secretariat administration, liaise with member organisations and partners, and organise events and meetings.

Job Profile
- EU Citizenship or valid work permit in Luxembourg;
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational education and training in a relevant discipline (e.g. Management assistance, administrative support studies, secretarial work)
- Prior experience as administrative assistant, executive assistant, personal assistant or similar in an international environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google tools, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, other management software;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Other European languages will be an asset, especially Spanish or German;
