Full-time paid internship at SAP's EMEA Digital Hub in Barcelona, within the SAP iXp (Internship Experience Program) — SAP's global programme for placing university students on real-world projects.
The Ambassador Program Intern role revolves around event organisation and relationship-building with universities and young talent: you'll work on the university "ambassador" programme, across event management, communications, and employer branding.
Coordinate and deliver events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Manage communications with internal teams, ambassadors, and partner universities
Measure the results of initiatives through data and feedback
Promote the SAP brand through storytelling and creative content
Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in an international, fast-paced environment
Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities and young talent

Job Profile
Active university enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (mandatory requirement: Spanish law requires a tripartite agreement between the student, the university, and the company)
Degree programme in event management, business and management, marketing, communications, or related fields
High-level business English; Spanish is considered a plus
Some experience in event organisation (preferred)
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or video editing tools is welcome
Excellent organisational and communication skills, full-time availability
Monthly allowance: €1,200 gross
Full-time internship, 39.5 hours per week, based in Barcelona
Expected travel: 0–10%

Selection Process
