Application process and key details
To be eligible, applicants must be aged between 18 and 26 and actively engaged in at least one member state of the Council of Europe. Applications are open from 6 April to 17 May 2026 (11:59 p.m. CET). The selection process will be conducted by a jury composed of previous award winners, a representative of the funding partner, and the Executive Director of the foundation.
The award ceremony will take place on 18 June 2026 in Berlin during the Courtyard Festival. Attendance is mandatory for the winner, with travel and accommodation fully covered.
