Young Climate Innovators (YCI) is a space for young adults and students aged 18-35.
Innovate4Climate (I4C) is managing the project along with the Connect4Climate Global Partnerships Program of the World Bank Group and the Global Youth Climate Network, which is a volunteer project of the World Bank Group Youth-to-Youth Community.
The goal is for these young people to learn and share ideas about how they can help with climate action and building resilience to climate change.
They do this by talking with each other and with older generations about the topics of Innovate4Climate.

Young people are crucial for speeding up climate action and driving change. They are change-makers, climate advocates, activists, entrepreneurs, and innovative thinkers.
Using technology, science, or teaching, they leverage their talents, energy, and unique experiences to amplify efforts in addressing climate change.
For the 2024 YCI event, I4C plans to engage more than 50 young adults and graduate students from various countries committed to climate action, policies, and global development.
