The Objectives of the Year
The European Year of Youth 2022 had 4 objectives:
- to make young people aware of the opportunities provided by the green and digital transitions;
- to help young people become more engaged and active citizens;
- to make them aware of different opportunities available for their personal, social, and professional development;
- to mainstream a youth perspective into all relevant policymaking at the EU level;
If you participated in the European Year of Youth 2022, you might be involved in one of these activities. That’s why the European Union is inviting young people to complete a short survey, available in all EU languages, by 25 March 2023. The survey aims to gather feedback from young people on their experience and involvement in the year and to find out what they think should happen next.
